Sylvia Bates

 

As a 38 year veteran of the real estate industry, Sylvia is ready to assist with every facet of your real estate endeavors, whether buying or selling residential or commercial property in the State of Georgia. Experienced in real estate legal procedures through 20 years of service with a real estate law firm, all phases of real property acquisition for land, zoning, foreclosures and short sales, together with the "how to" knowledge of compiling the transaction, acquiring proper financing and driving the deal home, Sylvia is ready to consult with the full range of buyers and sellers.

A life member of the million dollar club, Sylvia is designated as a member of the Senior Real Estate Council , assisting seniors in their lifestyle changes, as well as counseling first time home buyers.

Assisting clients in achieving their life's goals and dreams, Sylvia is also privileged to serve on the Board of Directors for Development of Action Ministries of the North Georgia United Methodist Conference, bringing hope and help for the hurting -- assisting with a hand up for a bright future!

Carol Tetterton Grantham

Carol Tetterton Grantham works with her husband Frank as a team to assist you in locating your dream property. Combining 60 years of experience in sales and marketing with the exceptional technology, the Grantham's can work to help you sell your home and locate the perfect new property. Both Carol and Frank are natives of Atlanta, quite a rarity these days. They can point out the best of the city and region.

Both Carol and Frank achieved the Million Dollar Award in 2007.

Realizing a desire to work with Seniors, Carol and Frank completed the education courses necessary to earn Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® (SAREC®) tracks the special issues and needs of senior property owners and provides education to REALTORS® who make seniors an important focus of their business. The SRES® designation was introduced in 1997 and is nationally recognized.

In March of 2008, Frank and Carol achieved the EMRS Designation.  This designation recognizes agents who have successful completed specialized training in assisting the Military customer. The Military Relocation Specialist training program, offered by the National Military Broker Network (NMBN), is designed to provide real estate professionals with the specific knowledge and skills they need to be effective in serving the military segment of the relocation market.

Carol loves meeting new people and helping them locate just the right house.  In representing sellers, Carol calls upon the extensive marketing background to ensure homes get maximum exposure.  

Frank Grantham

Combining 60 years of experience in sales and marketing with the exceptional technology, Frank and wife Carol can work to help you sell your home and locate the perfect new property. Both Carol and Frank are natives of Atlanta, quite a rarity these days. They can point out the best of the city and region.

Frank has a long and distinguished career in sales.  In 2006, Frank decided to use his expertise and love of people to begin a career in real estate.

In 2007, Frank received the ERA Million Dollar Producer award.

Wendell Tetterton

As a Georgia native, Wendell  is committed to helping you find the perfect home today!  A full time customer service agent at Delta Airlines for over 30 years, outstanding customer service is a daily standard that Wendell provides.
